En el estado de Veracruz se han registrado 16,940 casos notificados de sida, donde 3,609 son mujeres y 13,331 son hombres, lo que representa el 8.4 por ciento de casos a nivel nacional. Tan solo en 2018, 395 casos de sida fueron notificados. En 2018, 433 jóvenes de entre 15 y 24 años contrajeron VIH. Por otro lado al 2018, Veracruz concentra un total de 9,521 personas que viven como seropositivos. Tan solo en 2017, 1142 casos de nuevas infecciones por VIH se dieron en el estado de Veracruz, muy por encima del Estado de México y la Ciudad de México.

NOTA: está en calle Génova, solo hay que ingresar a un callejón-callecita que tiene un cartel que dice Inspira, ese cartel no es muy nuevo, y está casi al fondo a la derecha (está junto a un bar que tiene una imagen de Jesucristo y La virgen de Guadalupe muy grande).
Realmente es muy rápido el proceso, te piden que te registres, muestres una identificación oficial y se llena un formulario con datos básicos.
En caso de que la prueba indique reactivo positivo se dará seguimiento para realizar una detección del avance.
