Cómo cliente, sin ser obligación mía tuve que ir a buscar la tela para que elaboraran la sala y aún así, un mes después, decían que la tela todavía no les llegaba...
Después de haber realizado varias visitas al local de ventas y a la fábrica donde se supone entregan la mercancía solicité mi devolución, sin embargo la encargada del almacén (Katy) y un tal Luis me comentaron que me descontarían un porcentaje...
La verdad no recomiendo el servicio, en lo personal, yo me quedé con un mal sabor de boca

No es lo que uno pide al principio, se tardan meses para entregar, el que atendió no sabe dar soluciónes, no hay un encargado que de la cara, se escudan diciendo que uno lo resuelva con el vendedor y el vendedor dice que los de almacén lo hacen mal y no puede hacer nada.
De verdad que es un asco de lugar, jamás en la vida pondré un pie en ese establecimiento, y por lo tanto no lo recomiendo.
I do not recommend it ...
