★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se localiza en el sur de la CDMX en una sección de Culhuacán a mi parecer por la zona es un complejo sobre valuado , tiene enfrente a menos de 250 metros a una de las colonias con más conflictos por delincuencia , se trata de la colonia Carmen Serdán , y a menos de cien metros una gasolinera, aunque los acabados de los departamentos te los venden como muy lujosos en realidad no lo son,¿ es una opción ?, la respuesta es si , ¿es una oportunidad? , la respuesta es no,porque en esta zona por el presio de un departamento casi puedes conseguir una casa en alguna de las secciones de CTM Culhuacán .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es buena zona y las fotos si cumplen con lo que prometen los departamentos aunque creo que si tienen oportunidades en su diseño por ejemplo los balcones que dan a la calle no entiendo por qué los hicieron a la mitad de lo que es la ventana que mes costaba medio metro más de balcón? Eso hace que se vea feo el diseño

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los venden dé lujo y en realidad postergan entregas por fallas, costó dé mantenimiento muy elevado y ni el piso puedes manchar por qué sé molestan, quieren que todo esté como en las fotografías para la eternidad como si fuera gratis el servicio, ni la televisión pueden ver por qué hay que pedir prestado el control para que usen la TV de usó comunitario, en las áreas en común no hay botes de basura y menos papel sanitario. No cuenta con cambiador en sanitario familiar sabiendo que la mayoría tiene ñi@s. Y bueno como los (políticos) prometen mucho y cumplen poco.
Después de muchos meses de espera si colocaron cambiador, papel sanitario en áreas comunes de la cafetería, cambiaron al personal de limpieza y no asean diario ludoteca, sala de yoga y otras áreas anexas.
Les falta el detalle de que como se está construyendo la segunda etapa del fraccionamiento, los departamentos se están asentado por lógica del suelo, movimiento etc. Y las puertas, fisuras y fallas son más notorias cada día, siguen reparando ventanas en las que se filtra el agua a los departamentos cuando llueve.

They lack the detail that as the second stage of the subdivision is being built, the apartments are being settled by the logic of the ground, movement, etc. And the doors, cracks and failures are more noticeable every day, they continue to repair windows in which the water leaks into the apartments when it rains.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El conjunto habitacional tiene un buen concepto, cuenta con amenidades, como cafetería, saloncito de yoga, pequeño gimnasio, etc. Cuenta con departamentos de 3 recámaras, 2 recámaras y una alcoba y de 2 recámaras, todas las opciones cuentan con 2 baños y clósets, además las 2 primeras cuentan con vestidor, sus acabados son de calidad media, lo malo es el sobreprecio que tienen, son muy caros con respecto al valor catastral por lo tanto su escrituración es muy cara.
