★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia solicitando los servicios de Dom Tomas. Uno piensa que pagar un porton a un precio por arriba del mercado tendria al menos garantias de fallas en la instalacion. Tuve que gastar en un panel que se daño, por que la PESIMA instalacion hizo que se cayera el porton, con tan solo un mes de uso. Deje tiempo pasar (sin usar el porton) a los 2 meses, nuevamente se cayo. De suerte no cayo sobre un carro. Ya va casi el 30% del costo total del porton en gastos de reparaciones, y lo unico que escucho de parte de Tomas Chavez C, dueño de este negocio, es que la culpa es mia por un “mal” manejo del porton, que ha estado sin usarse. Vayan a cualquier lado menos a este, soy arquitecto y es la peor experiencia que he tenido con este tipo de instalaciones. PESIMO SERVICIO.
 Very bad experience requesting the services of Dom Tomas. One thinks that paying for a gate at a price above the market would have at least guarantees of failure in the installation. I had to spend on a panel that was damaged, because the HEAVY installation caused the gate to fall, with only one month of use. Allow time to pass (without using the gate) at 2 months, it fell again. Luckily he didn't fall on a car. Almost 30% of the total cost of the gate goes to repair expenses, and the only thing I hear from Tomas Chavez C, owner of this business, is that the fault is mine for a “bad” handling of the gate, which has been unused. Go anywhere but this one, I'm an architect and it's the worst experience I've had with this type of facility. TERRIBLE SERVICE.
