★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es en General bueno pero para realizar el pago por un servicio no tienen un banco cercano , hay que salir de las oficinas a pagar y los bancos estan demaciado lejos lo que vuelve un martirio sobre todos para personas de la tercera edad y discapacitados
minimo deberian poner un cajero de pago automatico de Telecom para evitar este martirio
The service is in general good but to make the payment for a service they do not have a nearby bank, you have to leave the offices to pay and the banks are too far away which makes a martyrdom on all for the elderly and disabled
minimum should put a teller ATM to avoid this martyrdom

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es amable, pero aún así es increíble que el servicio sea PESIMO, lento y tardado... TANTOS DIAS para un trámite de copias simples... Definitivamente somos un país tercermundista donde un trámite de gobierno se vuelve un MARTIRIO.... Malo, nefasto !!!
The attention is friendly, but even so it is incredible that the service is AWFUL, slow and delayed ... SO MANY DAYS for a simple copy process ... We are definitely a third world country where a government procedure becomes a MARTYRDLE ... Bad, nefarious !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No cuentan con cobros en el lugar; es decir, tienes que solicitar tu línea de captura y dirigirte al banco más cercano que está a 15 minutos caminando. No hay muchos lugares para estacionarse, así que se debe de preveer llegar temprano para encontrar un buen lugar para dejar tu automóvil.
They do not have charges in place; that is, you have to request your capture line and go to the nearest bank, which is a 15-minute walk away. There are not many places to park, so plan to arrive early to find a good place to leave your car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recomiendo, hablar antes de ir para que ubiquen los datos de su registro o escrituras. Sacar cita antes de ir en la pág. del Ifrem y preguntar qué criterio es tu trámite para que te respeten la cita. Ten en cuenta que no te darán tu documentos el mismo día, tardan 15 días en dartelos y es terrible viajar de polo a polo del estado de México para estos trámites
I recommend talking before you go so that they can locate your registration data or deeds. Make an appointment before going on p. of the Ifrem and ask what your procedure is for them to respect your appointment. Keep in mind that they will not give you your documents the same day, they take 15 days to give them to you and it is terrible to travel from pole to pole of the state of Mexico for these procedures
