No tienen etica profesional.

La escuela es buena y mi hijo está feliz ahí.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si quieres estudiar inglés en línea JAMÁS! En la vida piensen en estas”institución” es una pesadilla? el servicio al cliente es de lo peor…. Yo hice mi pago un miércoles para empezar el martes con las clases y hasta el martes ( cuando comienza el curso ) me intento comunicar por medio del whatsapp y de la página y lo único que me dicen a que espere a que me llegue un correo…. hasta el mismo Martes me envían un correo de “seguimiento” con la hora en que sería mi examen 5:00pm yo pido permiso en mi trabajo para estar preparada y lista a esa hora; pasan de las 5:15 y empiezo a intentar contactarme, llamo al número y la señora me dice que no me preocupe que ya me van a marcar Para seguir … molesta escribo un correo a la persona que me iba dar “seguimiento” para preguntarle o ver que opciones tengo o si hay la posibilidad de un reembolso xq evidentemente no hay nada claro …
es miércoles y sigo esperando dicha llamada o respuesta al correo; ahora mismo me tienen en espera porque no es justo que jueguen con el tiempo y el dinero de las personas, se me hace una falta de respeto que no sean formales y que jueguen con el tiempo de la gente y encima te contesten y te dejen colgada como lo acaban de hacer … me preguntaron mi nombre y solo me envía a contestar una encuesta …..
Que tipo de organización formal hace eso???
If you want to study English online EVER! In life think of these "institutions" is a nightmare? customer service is the worst…. I made my payment on a Wednesday to start Tuesday with classes and until Tuesday (when the course begins) I try to communicate through whatsapp and the page and the only thing they tell me to wait for an email to arrive ... . Until Tuesday they send me a “follow-up” email with the time my exam would be 5:00 pm. It is Wednesday and I am still waiting for that call or reply to the mail; Right now they have me on hold because it is not fair that they play with people's time and money, I disrespect that they are not formal and that they play with people's time and on top of that they answer you and leave you hanging as they just did… they asked me my name and they only sent me to answer a survey… ..
What kind of formal organization does that?
