Terrible service, I asked for my money back, first they made me wait 3 days, then a week and now they tell me that in 6 months, terrible service, I do not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su personal es atento pero ineficiente y falto de compromiso. No cumplen con las fechas establecidas para entregar los resultados del examen TOEFL aplicado en esta sucursal.
A su favor esta que si pierdes la cita del examen te dan la oportunidad de presentarlo otro día y así no perder tu dinero.
Its staff is attentive but inefficient and lacking in commitment. They do not meet the established dates to deliver the TOEFL test results applied at this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los maestros están comprometidos y se aprende bien si uno quiere, pero el trato que reciben ellos de la administración es malo al igual que los alumnos varias veces opinan que el personal administrativo es molesto. Van a quebrar como instituto si siguen así y sobre todo si quieren seguir ahorrando y manteniendo únicamente clases en línea cuando ya todo puebla se sabe que tienen autorización de regresar a clases con las medidas sanitarias correspondientes.
The teachers are committed and you learn well if you want, but the treatment they receive from the administration is bad, just as the students several times think that the administrative staff is annoying. They are going to go bankrupt as an institute if they continue like this and especially if they want to continue saving and only maintaining online classes when everyone already knows that they are authorized to return to classes with the corresponding sanitary measures.
