Personally, I am very dissatisfied with the institution, registration is very expensive, as we do not have face-to-face classes, classes are by zoom, classes are cut every 40 min. for what they charge minimum they should have a room without cutting classes. for the return to classes they requested the hygiene material and they charged us to sanitize the classrooms, for me it is an abuse that they ask us that, because it should be contemplated in the monthly payments ... (it is like going to a restaurant and paying for bathroom services, paper aside, right? vdd). I understand that measures should be taken for a return to classes with caution but it is a private institution that should have these contingency issues, I would understand if it is public because it does not have enough resources as a private one. They charged us the monthly payment for August when the start of classes was on 30, the following month, the whole month we did not have an English teacher, later they also changed the Spanish teacher (I think that is why the person in another review ?) I sent several messages to different teachers expressing my disagreement and it was worth them they left me in sight, but days later they confirmed that my payment had arrived ?.
