★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya van dos veces que voy en una semana y las dos ocasiones he tardado 3 horas, primero tienes que preguntar donde te tienes que formar, tienen fila dentro de la plaza y a otros los mandan afuera, este lloviendo o soleado te mandan a que hagas fila fuera de la plaza y luego te llaman, la primer vez que fui me tarde 3 horas entre la fila y el tramite, para la segunda vez mande a una persona a que me ayudara a hacer fila y que cuando ya le faltara poco me hablara para hacer el intercambio y yo realizar el tramite, el cual no nos permitieron hacerlo, que si el no era el interesado no podia estar ahi, no veo cual es el problema con que otra persona te ayude con la fila, si solo es estar parado esperando y es muy cansado estar dos horas parado, a parte me dejaron esperando que porque supuestamente tenia que ir a pabellon a recoger unas placas, las cuales ya las habia recogido, las dos veces que fui me hicieron esperar por lo mismo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui la semana pasada a tramitar un plaqueo de moto y desde que me forme hasta que salí ya con mi placa en mano invertí dos horas. Un poco tardado pero bien organizado en todas las filas, personal atendiendo y dando informes. Eso sí!! Fue en sábado y llegue a la 10:20 AM y había 19 personas delante de mí. Así que vayanse a madrugar ahí eh!!
I went last week to process a motorcycle registration and from the time I was trained until I left with my license plate in hand I invested two hours. A bit slow but well organized in all lines, staff attending and giving reports. Yes indeed!! It was on Saturday and I arrived at 10:20 AM and there were 19 people in front of me.
