★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un instituto estructural ente competente, lastima que la política lo tiene muy mal administrado. Las becas no llegan a los alumnos de comunidades que de verdad requieren de una. Siento pena por sus alumnos que de verdad les falta el recurso. Pero según el gobierno todo está bien
