En verdad es nefasto el servicio si no tienen personal los del lugar deberían organizar las citas acorde a ello, nunca me había tocado esperar tanto tiempo por unas simples radiografías Accompany a person over 78 years of age to get an X-ray and they kept us waiting for more than 2 hours !!!! Dr. Víctor Hugo Malo Es muy poco profesional, al menos a mi me trató como si tuviera prisa solo preguntándome "algo más en lo que le pueda ayudar"...no explicó mucho acerca de mi problema...me aseguró necesitaba operacion de 600 mil pesos cuando en otros lados sale aprox en 300 mil ....no tiene tacto no fue nada sensible ni detallista al explicar...ni media hr se tardó... no parece lo tratara con humanidad...me solté llorando porque en ese momento mi mundo se vino abajo por el precio y lo único que pudo decir era " algo más en lo que le pueda ayudar"...la verdad muy mal servicio...no lo valen los 1000 pesos de consulta. La primer cita me hizo esperar más de 1 hr. La segunda cita fue terrible no me quedaron ganas de regresar I would give it a zero rating. Fue a fijarse que no estuviéramos ahí, pero no se fijo que el disco que nos grabaron estaba vacío, así tuvimos que regresar para que lo mandaron por correo algo que de primera instancia hubiera sido más fácil y rápido para la emergencia que teníamos y no esperar media hora por un disco vacío. Mi mamá en el hospital y el docto esperando ese disco. Espero nunca tener que regresar. Solo cuando enfermamos o tenemos un familiar enfermo nos damos cuenta de lo frío e insensibles que puede ser el personal de salud.
