★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tienen todo el proceso muy mal, las instalaciones son unos remolques casi te atienden en la calle, las multas son arbitrarias ademas no te muestran el tabulador o donde dice cuanto es de cada infraccion, las personas te tratan de atender lo mejor que pueden no las culpo tienen que lidiar con lo inutiles y engorrosos de sus procesos y antender a gente enojada, pero como estan organizados te hacen dar vueltas y perder tiempo, asi tienes que dedicarle ahi las 7 horas casi de corrido de 8 a 3 por que todo es super lento, y resulta que no puedes pagar ahi no reciben dinero y no tienen terminal, solo hacen perder el tiempo a la gente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención deja mucho que desear, aun y con cita programada tardaron más de 4 horas en atenderme, y eso que solamente me expidieron una boleta de pago, para colmo cuando por fin me vocean para entregármela y la tengo a la vista, me percato que tiene errores en su redacción, habían puesto otras placas y datos que no tenían nada que ver.
Lo lamentable es que se supone que te atienden profesionistas, en su mayoría abogados.
Con todo respeto, y como servidor público lo digo: Les falta vocación y empatia, ser más dinámicos y ágiles en sus labores, distan de estar a la altura para cumplir con los valores y objetivos "profesionales" que presumen en el exhibidor y la pantalla colocados en la sala de espera.

Yo por ejemplo tramité unos permisos hace más de dos meses y es hora que no me los pueden entregar. Y les llamo para dar seguimiento y me dicen que tengo que seguir esperando y mientras tanto, no usar las unidades con las que trabajo.
