★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un lugar con mucho prestigio, que reune a los mejores oftalmologos del pais. Los comentarios acerca de las experiencias y del trato de los médicos es muy buena. Sin embargo tiene tanta demanda, que al acudir hay que prepararse para largas filas y largas esperas. Vale la pena aprovechar el apoyo de esta institución.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si bien es cierto que tardan muchísimo en pasar durante la citas normales, y un poco menos la cita exprés, es para que vengan prevenidos ese día de su cita, siempre es así, sin embargo, en mi caso,los médicos siempre me han atendido muy bien, llevo fácil más de 5 años atendiendome ahí cuando tengo algún problema, e incluso me operé ahí, y no he tenido problema. Claro hablo de mi experiencia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me super MOLESTÓ que, a pesar de que pagas consulta (la mia fue de 850 pesos x urgencia) no ponen papel en el baño. Ya ni en el aurrera. No se pasen ¿qué clase de servicio es ese? Por cierto ya llevo 3 horas esperando. Con tanto tiempo de espera es normal que uno tenga que ir a hacer sus necesidades.
I was super BOTHERED that, even though you pay for a consultation (mine was 850 pesos x urgently) they don't put paper in the bathroom. Not even in the aurrera. Don't go overboard, what kind of service is that? By the way, I've been waiting for 3 hours. With so much waiting time it is normal that one has to go to relieve themselves.

La cita es para las 15:00, te solicitan que llegues 15 minutos antes.
Y cuando llegas no te dejan pasar.
Hasta la hora de la cita.
En dónde estamos el derecho de los pacientes a un trato digno. Bueno...por lo menos respetuoso?.
