★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anteriormente contaba con servicio médico del IMSS y por desgracia ahora me corresponde esta clínica del ISSSTE. Nunca hay citas disponibles por teléfono y su página rara vez funciona, la opción que te dan es que vengas a formarte desde las 4 am para “alcanzar una ficha” y te den cita. Pobres de los adultos mayores que tiene que pasar por esto.
En la farmacia escasean los medicamentos más básicos y la atención del personal es nefasta e indolente. Todo mal con esta clínica, la peor en todos los aspectos. Y no hay opción de quejarse con nadie, simple te ignoran.
Previously I had a medical service from the IMSS and unfortunately now this ISSSTE clinic corresponds to me. Appointments are never available by phone and their page rarely works, the option they give you is to come to line up from 4 am to "get a ticket" and they give you an appointment. Poor older adults who have to go through this.
In the pharmacy, the most basic medicines are scarce and the attention of the staff is disastrous and indolent. All wrong with this clinic, the worst in all aspects. And there is no option to complain to anyone, they just ignore you.
