n	noe alejandro corona castrejon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buena escuela de Tkd en donde he aprendido mucho acerca de este deporte como la disciplina, el compromiso de ser constante para alcanzar una meta como lo ha sido el llegar a ser cinta negra y también he aprendido acerca de la responsabilidad que tengo como deportista por haber llegado a un nivel de competencia a nivel nacional y gracias al apoyo y consejos y técnicas compartidas (y exigencias) de mi coach Alexis Tarde quien me ayuda tanto en mi desarrollo físico para mejorar mis técnicas de combate y estiramiento para que no me lesioné así como consejos nutricionales también recibo de su parte apoyo psicológico ya que me enseña cómo debo controlar mis emociones y ser una persona humilde con mis compañeros para apoyarnos como una familia.
