★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy dificil la comunicación via telefónica, y al enviar documentos al correo electrónico, no hay certeza de que los vayan a recibir. Eso si, reconozco que el personal que labora y atiende a quienes vamos a realizar algun trámite procura ser my atento en su trato.
Communication by telephone is very difficult, and when sending documents to email, there is no certainty that they will be received. That yes, I recognize that the personnel who work and attend to those who are going to carry out any procedure try to be very attentive in their treatment.
