Todo el personal es profesional y muy amable y brindan apoyan tanto a alumnos como padres de familia, tienen actividades extra escolares como belly dance, tae kwon do y escuela para padres.

El material de inglés que vende el instituto es una antología de pésima calidad que contiene varios errores. La atención al público puede mejorar. Las boletas de calificaciones no son firmadas por la titular del grupo. Varias docentes al parecer no tienen cédula profesional o el perfil deseable. En general las docentes de este instituto tienen serias dificultades para ejercer la profesión y ser guías adecuadas en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje. Las profesoras tienen grandes deficiencias de comprensión de lectura y redacción.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelentes instalaciones, se sigue un buen protocolo de sanitizacion, plan de estudios completo, buen nivel de enseñanza, buen servicio por parte de la plantilla de trabajo. Recomendable para que los niños aprendan y al mismo tiempo se encuentren seguros.
