C	CA Queretaro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mucha rotación de maestros, falta de información en todo, mala coordinación de eventos, mala comunicación e información para las familias que se quedan a horarios de talleres y ludoteca ya que si no vas por tu niño a la hora de la salida general no saben decirte nada sobre tu hijo por que las maestras ya no están y tienes que hacer cita, no entiendo para que ofrecen servicios vespertinos si no saben fluir la información, no te dejan llevar los libros a casa para estudiar por lo cual No te enteras que hacen tus niños y si están aprendiendo o no. Se pierden las cosas y nadie sabe dar razón. Muy mala escuela, alimentación con mucho embutido, Miguelito, Tajín, chamoy y dicen que por que así lo quieren los niños. Mucho gasto de dinero, no valen lo que cuestan, literal es solo una guardería. Quieren reciclar y todos los refrigerios los sirven en desechables. Qué falta de congruencia y valores. A lot of teacher rotation, lack of information in everything, poor coordination of events, poor communication and information for families who stay at workshop and toy library hours because if you don't go for your child at the time of general departure they don't know how to tell you nothing about your child because the teachers are gone and you have to make an appointment, I don't understand why they offer evening services if they don't know how to flow the information, they don't let you take the books home to study, so you don't know what your children and whether they are learning or not. Things are lost and nobody knows how to give reason. Very bad school, food with a lot of sausage, Miguelito, Tajín, chamoy and they say that because the children want it that way. Much spending of money, they are not worth what they cost, it is literally just a nursery. They want to recycle and all the snacks are served in disposable. What a lack of congruence and values.

Por desgracia la calidad en el servicio se ha visto mermada por 2 razones: 1.-Mafia, corrupción, negligencia, abuso de confianza por parte de la Subdirectora Mireya (este es el 70% de los problemas actuales). 2.-Fuga de talentos de los Maestros (había gente que valía muchísimo la pena y por alguna razón los dejaron ir). 3.-La ausencia de la Directora Martha y de sus hijos, es gente buena con principios pero por alguna razón han sido manipulados y engañados por la subdirectora. Espero que estas palabras sirvan para que los directivos tomen nuevamente las riendas, a mi y a varios padres de familia nos gustaría regresar, ya que se hayan hecho los cambios necesarios para recuperar al colegio. Espero mi comentario sea tomado en cuenta, los animo a hacer una encuesta de sus antiguos clientes y personal, para que confirmen y otras versiones de los hechos. Saludos.
