★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su servicio es una auténtica basura y como emprendedor, me siento frustrado y robado!! Hace mas de 3 mese que respondí a un requerimiento de forma por parte de la Lic. Alejandra Raquel Escobar Rodríguez. cumplí con lo que se requería, hice los pagos correspondientes, tuve que ir hasta la ciudad de La paz BCS a entregar personalmente mi contestación y nunca recibí una respuesta, ni una llamada y peor aún durante este tiempo, he tratado de comunicarme con ustedes, e increíblemente, en 3 meses no me ha contestado el teléfono la Licenciada mencionada anteriormente. Hoy es 30/Junio/2017 y aún no se si mi trámite ya terminó, si mi marca ya quedó registrada ni nada, pues tampoco aparece información alguna en la gaceta oficial !!

I fulfilled what was required, I made the corresponding payments, I had to go to the city of La Paz BCS to personally deliver my answer and I never received an answer, nor a call, and worse still during this time, I have tried to communicate with you, And unbelievably, in 3 months the aforementioned Lawyer has not answered my phone. Today is 30 / June / 2017 and I still do not know if my procedure has already finished, if my brand has already been registered or anything, as no information appears in the official gazette either!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESIMO. EL UNICO NUMERO QUE HAY TE PIDEN EL NUMERO DE EXTENCION TELEFONICA , PERO EN NINGUN LADO HAY DIRECTORIO. ADEMAS DE TARDAR DEMASIADO EN TRAMITES. YA VAN 7 MESES PARA UN SIMPLE REGISTRO DE MARCA Y SIGO SIN RESPUESTA. PESIMO. EL SERVICIO EN LINEA DE REGISTRO DE MARCA LE FALTA DARLE SEGUIMIENTO. LA APP NI SIQUIERA PUEDES REGISTRAR UNA MARCA. NO SE QUE HACEN CON TANTO RECURSO. MAS QUE CALENTAR EL ASIENTO. PESIMA GESTION DE LA INSTITUCION. CON RAZON MUCHAS PERSONAS DECIDEN REGISTRO DE PATENTES Y MARCAS EN OTROS PAISES.
APPALLING. THE ONLY NUMBER THERE IS ASKED FOR THE TELEPHONE EXTENSION NUMBER, BUT ON NO SIDE IS THERE A DIRECTORY. IN ADDITION TO TAKING TOO MUCH IN PROCEDURES. 7 MONTHS ALREADY GO FOR A SIMPLE BRAND REGISTRATION AND I CONTINUE WITHOUT ANSWER. APPALLING. THE BRAND REGISTRATION ONLINE SERVICE IS LACKING TO FOLLOW UP. THE APP CANNOT EVEN REGISTER A BRAND. I DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY DO WITH SO MUCH RESOURCE. MORE THAN HEATING THE SEAT. LOUSY MANAGEMENT OF THE INSTITUTION. WITH REASON MANY PEOPLE DECIDE REGISTRATION OF PATENTS AND BRANDS IN OTHER COUNTRIES.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio no es malo es pesimo!!!! se tardan una eternidad llevo más de 1 año intentando registrar mi marca y todavía no puedo, ármate de paciencia porque la vas a necesitar.
The service is not bad it is terrible !!!! They take forever. I've been trying to register my trademark for more than 1 year and I still can't, arm yourself with patience because you're going to need it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que pésimo servicio, no contestan las llamadas, el chat impi tampoco cuando ese debería ser más rápido, se entiende que por la situación no estén en sus puestos pero mínimo el chat o el home office se tienen cosas y dudas que atender y nadie para responder
What a terrible service, they do not answer calls, the chat does not mean when that should be faster, it is understood that due to the situation they are not in their positions but at least the chat or the home office have things and doubts to attend to and no one to answer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En mi portal en línea todos mis registros se han borrado, no se encuentran mis promociones, no puedo ver el estatus de mis expedientes, ya no hay un teléfono al cual poder comunicarse, el correo electrónico está a tope para recibir más mensajes.
