Carry out an online procedure, and in the document itself it says that they should give you an answer within a maximum of 3 business days, and if this is not the case, you will have to send an email to a service mailbox, because that is what I did, and it has been more than 20 days I send the mail and they haven't deigned to answer it either, and you go back to the same cycle, try to call to get a resolution, but you stay the same. I already paid for a service that they are not providing. If you have to give your administration bureaucracy a score, I would give them a 10 out of 10.
