Quiero una devolución puesto a jamás me entregaron mi certificado, usan a la Dirección general de bachillerato como su certificadora oficial y ni siquiera se encuentran incorporados a ella.

I want a refund since they never gave me my certificate, they use the General Directorate of high school as their official certifier and they are not even incorporated into it.

Entre desde agosto 2019 y hoy es fecha que no me han entregado mi certificado con excusas metiendo a que por la situación de la contingencia la SEP no ha entregado certificados, tengo conocidos que estudiaron en otras y ya tiene tiempo que les entregaron con certificación de la SEP, está pésima la espera.l.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo también sigo esperando mi título disque universitario,desde el 2018 y en mi última visita el director me dijo que no había ninguna norma para demandar,pero me voy asesorar,mis compañeros preguntan y preguntan y solo les dan largas y les dicen mentiras,no recomiendo que estudien aquí busquen una mejor opción
