★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al llegar a consultar con un golpe fuerte en el pie (causado en accidente vehicular) me dice la doctora que necesito ir con el ortopedista en urgencia y al llegar a tal lugar el director se me retira la hoja llevándosela a otra doctora q a su vez me lleva de regreso a mi consultorio para decirme que tengo q ir a rayos "X" llego y no hay personal que atienda (Dr) que salió el turno de la mañana minutos antes de las 3pm y ahora siendo las 3:28pm aún no llega el personal (Dr) del turno de la tarde. llegue desde las 12pm para poder consultar esperando medicamentos que calmen el dolor del golpe y asta ahora sigo en las mismas condiciones encontrando en el lugar varias irregularidades y falta de interés en los doctores por el bienestar de los pacientes
When I came to consult with a strong blow to the foot (caused in a vehicle accident) the doctor told me that I need to go to the orthopedist urgently and when I arrived at that place the director removed the sheet and took it to another doctor who in turn He takes me back to my office to tell me that I have to go for an "X-ray" I arrive and there are no personnel to attend (Dr) who left the morning shift minutes before 3pm and now being 3:28 pm the staff (Dr) of the afternoon shift. I arrived from 12pm to be able to consult, waiting for medicines to calm the pain of the blow and until now I am still in the same condition, finding several irregularities in the place and lack of interest in the doctors for the well-being of the patients

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS NIGHTMARE OF A HOSPITAL. Wish I could give negative stars. Like having a life-threatening emergency and being told rudely that you might have to wait a few hours? I didn't. Like getting an improper amount of medicine without being told what it is? I didn't either. Staff is incompetent, rude and uncaring. It felt like everyone working at this place was a sociopath with a bad attitude. If you were to have an emergency you might actually die before getting service here - seriously, this would have happened to my girlfriend had I not rushed her to the private hospital. It's actually hard to believe that a hospital this terrible exists. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND going to the private hospital on the island. It cost money but the price is more than fair, you won't have to wait and most importantly you will be seen by competent, professional medical personnel who will treat you like an actual human.
