Security apparently is not trained to do their job, and the employees have preference to pass the patients, if you are not preferred, it is time and a half later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, detestable jamás había estado en un lugar tan deplorable, uno ya tiene que saber por arte de magia lo que tiene que hacer y llevar para que lo atiendan por que el personal no está capacitado, las señoritas te atienden mal y te dejan esperando mínimo las dos horas en lo que se van a echar su tamal
Terrible service, detestable, I had never been in such a deplorable place, one already has to magically know what to do and take to be attended to because the staff is not trained, the ladies treat you poorly and leave you waiting minimum the two hours in which they are going to throw their tamale

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La vigilante de la puerta no utiliza su cubrebocas nunca...aun cuando esta en áreas de consultorios ..así como la señora de farmacia....que tampoco utiliza cubrebocas..y alguno que otro personal de las asistentes ..y nadie las corrige....favor de llamar la atención para corregir este abito que nos favorece a todos....no bajemos la guardia...
The security guard at the door never uses her face mask...even when she is in office areas...as well as the pharmacy lady....who does not use a face mask either...and some other assistant staff...and nobody corrects them... please draw attention to correct this habit that favors us all... let's not lower our guard...
