★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No tienen ni más mínima pizca de calidad humana; esto lo digo porque con su nuevo sistema de unifila si uno llega un minuto después de la hora marcada de la cita pierde el pase con el doctor ese día, sin importarles que hay pacientes que llevan tratamientos mensuales.
La instalación está bien por ser nuevo el lugar.
They have not the slightest bit of human quality; I say this because with your new one-line system, if you arrive one minute after the scheduled appointment time, you lose your pass with the doctor that day, without caring that there are patients who have monthly treatments.
The facility is fine because the place is new.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A veces el trato del personal (particularmente el de la coord. Clínica Dr. Pimienta) es cuestionable, fuera de eso la mayoría del personal es competente y responde bien a retroalimentación y quejas por medio de organismos que protegen a los derechohabientes
Sometimes the treatment of the staff (particularly that of the Dr. Pimienta clinic coordinator) is questionable, otherwise most of the staff is competent and responds well to feedback and complaints through organizations that protect the right holders

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es horrible el trato de la Doctora de Pediatría, sus años de experiencia no sirven de nada cuando es prepotente, grosera y criticona. Ojalá y se muera :)
The treatment of the Pediatric Doctor is horrible, her years of experience are useless when she is arrogant, rude and critical. Hopefully and die :)
