Excelente persona por su paciencia con nuestros adultos mayores.
Y su actitud de servicio.
Los baños más limpios q he visto.
Y la mayoría de las y los doctores apesar de ser jóvenes,excelente trato.
Felicidades a esta institución por su sentir y trato a nuestra hermosa gente adulta,que hoy necesitan de trato digno de toda la enérgica juventud.

Excellent person for his patience with our older adults.
And his service attitude.
The cleanest bathrooms I have ever seen.
And most of the doctors despite being young, excellent treatment.
Congratulations to this institution for its feeling and treatment of our beautiful adult people, who today need treatment worthy of all the energetic youth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde hace ya dos años que venimos, al principio un trato muy amigable, todo excelente, estudios rapidos baratos y explicaban todo a detalle para saber la situación del paciente, desde mitades del 2021 al presente trato pesimo, personal nefasto, no dan indicaciones correctas ni instrucciones y si les preguntas contestan de mala gana y la consulta o a lo que vayas te lo hacen rapido y como salga, ni les importa, el personal se la pasa platicando y perdiendo el tiempo entre ellos y si los interrumpes te mandan lejos y se tardan todavia mas en brindar la atencion. Eran buenos, pero ya no, no vale la pena ni llegar temprano porque su mala organización hace que te salten de turno y en vez de disculparse por sus tonterias, todavia se ofenden y regañan a uno como si la culpa fuera nuestra. Y todavia segun su servicio es a bajo costo, pero entre una cosita y otra que te van pidiendo se junta un buen monto, a la larga sale costando igual que un particular
We have been coming for two years now, at first a very friendly treatment, all excellent, quick cheap studies and they explained everything in detail to know the patient's situation, from the middle of 2021 to the present terrible treatment, disastrous staff, they do not give correct indications or instructions and if you ask them they answer reluctantly and the query or whatever you go to they do it quickly and as it comes out, they don't even care, the staff spends all their time talking and wasting time with each other and if you interrupt them they send you away and they take a long time even more in providing care. They were good, but not anymore, it's not even worth arriving early because their poor organization makes them skip shifts and instead of apologizing for their nonsense, they still take offense and scold you as if it were our fault. And still, according to their service, it is low cost, but between one little thing and another that they ask you, a good amount is collected, in the long run it costs the same as an individual

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impecable de limpieza, excelente organización de manera que todos sean atendidos y cada área del conocimiento se encuentre en un sitio diferente. De esta manera los de retina saben donde ubicarse, baja vision, optometrista, etc. Los felicitamos. El personal de atención inicial también muy ejecutivo piden formarse, guardar la distancia, utilizar mascarilla. Van indicando el lugar a donde dirigirse. Con gran número de bancas para que todos estén cómodos durante su atención. Todo muy eficiente y excelente atención. Lo agradecemos.
