Si iniciaste un proceso, nunca volviste y no te dieron la media cartilla, puedes hacer otro trámite.
Si empezaste el proceso, no regresaste y te dieron la media cartilla, deberás liberarla en Durango (la capital), tu registro venció localmente y se movió allá.
Solía estar en la Presidencia municipal antes de su remodelación, era un espacio pequeño.
