★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En el mes de Noviembre del 2021 me internaron por COVID y gracias a Díos y a la atención recibida por Medicos, Enfermeras y todo el personal de la institucion estoy aquí con vida, ahora ya post COVID me siguen atendiendo en consulta externa de varias especialidades.

Mi papa estuvo intubado por 44 dias por covid, y los medicos que nos daban el reporte, nunca nos dijeron el daño que tenía mi papa en sus pulmones, nos dejaron creer que todo estaba bien, que estaba evolucionando favorablemente. Y no era asi. Yo pido a los medicos que no engañen a los familiares, que digan la verdad del estado de salud de los pacientes, para no crear falsas expectativas. Se tuvo que ir a hablar con el coordinador medico un dia antes de su fallecimiento y nos dijo que no habia solución, que tenía daño en todos sus órganos. Y al dia siguiente falleció en la mañana.Tal vez para ellos es un paciente más, pero para nosotros lo era todo. Nuestro padre. No recomiendo este hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para el personal de salud les doy 5 estrellas son muy buenos y los recomiendo ampliamente mi queja es por su equipo de seguridad.
Llegamos a media noche y paso mi suegra una señora de 75 años a acompañar al paciente, para esto el guardia del momento me dejó entrar y después a la 1:30 me sacó su relevo a la calle con frío, entiendo que solo el familiar del paciente puede entrar, pero mija no hay nadie en la sala, me retiro en una hora a mi casa y vienes y me sacas, que feo que no usen su manual de ética que se supone el INER maneja, que feo que te traten así cuando solo vienes de paso, entiendo que hay reglas pero es mas feo que no tengan tantito sentido común, solo te pedí esperar adentro por el frío y tú poca tolerancia me mando por un tubo. Tache ahí INER.
No me da la cara la señorita porque sabe que lo que esta haciendo está mal. Solo se pego a la pared para no tenerme a la vista.??????

Tuvieron empatía con mi madre de la tercera edad como responsable teniendo paciencia. Y toda la atención se la han dado vía telefónica. Nos sentimos tranquilos y contentos ponemos la vida de mi hermano que cada vez está mejor en manos de estos especialistas.
