★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy viernes 5 de febrero de 2021, estuve en su oficina, pero una mujer que groseramente abrió la puerta nos indicó a otra persona y a mí que fuéramos a Navolato a solicitar la credencial a pesar de decirle que vivimos aquí en Culiacán. Algo raro pasa en esa oficina. Le pongo una estrella pero no merece ninguna.
Today, Friday, February 5, 2021, I was in her office, but a woman who rudely opened the door told another person and me to go to Navolato to request the credential despite telling her that we live here in Culiacán. Something strange happens in that office. I give it a star but it doesn't deserve any.
