I cannot exercise my right to process my INAPAM card because if I go in person, they do not allow me to enter, they ask that I make an appointment on a telephone that never answers.

Las calles para llegar ahi estan horribles y llenas de baches y polvo. Hay mucho movimiento de trailers y casi no hay lugar para estacionarse. La informacion que brindan es deficiente y algunas veces vas hasta alla solo para que te regresen sin lograr hacer tu tramite.Deberia de ser mas accesible ya que es servicio para adultos mayores. This place is too far since it is out of reach of most of the older adults, it is located in the industrial zone. The streets to get there are horrible and full of potholes and dust. There is a lot of trailer movement and there is almost no place to park. The information they provide is deficient and sometimes you go there only to be returned without being able to do your paperwork. It should be more accessible since it is a service for older adults.

Después, la llamada no se puede completar pues dejan así el teléfono. Es un asco que gente que trabaja para la población, sea tan grosera y desobligada. Horrible su servicio. They ask to make an appointment by phone and the staff that should answer the call leaves them off the hook without saying hello at least. Afterwards, the call cannot be completed as they leave the phone like that. It's disgusting that people who work for the population are so rude and disobedient. Horrible your service.
