Quisiera poner cero estrellas pero no es posible. Malos tratos, no resuelven. Venden fichas las chicas que salen a darlas. Corruptos. Metan queja formal en la Comisión Nacional de Derechos Humanos. En el 01800 no resuelven nada y sus quejas no proceden.

Nunca había visto un trato tan cruel. La violencia psicológica prima en este lugar y es un claro referente de las personas a quienes representan. De un sistema digital, pasaron nuevamente a un sistema arcaico de citas, los trámites pueden llevar más de tres meses, e incluso procesos sencillos no están bien organizados. Yo nunca le recomendaría a alguien migrar a México, mi caso es muy singular por lo que no estoy obligado, pero ni siquiera a mi peor enemigo se lo desearía.

Pésimo servicio. Burocracia e ineptitud de sus empleados. No saben tratar a la gente. Soy extranjera y un tramite tan simple como cambio de domicilio, ha sido imposible. He tenido que ir cuatro veces. Me dan la ficha que no es y llego donde la funcionaria y ve que se equivocaron y en vez de solucionar y ayudarme, despectivamente me dice que tengo que volver.
Terrible service. Bureaucracy and ineptitude of its employees. They don't know how to treat people. I am a foreigner and a process as simple as a change of address has been impossible. I have had to go four times. They give me the wrong file and I go to the official and see that they made a mistake and instead of solving it and helping me, she dismissively tells me that I have to go back.

8:30- Llego y hay unas 20 personas delante haciendo cola en la calle. El primero llego a las 6 de la mañana. 9:00- Abren, pero solo atienden a la gente con cita. Detrás mio ya hay unas 15 personas. 9:30 - Empiezan a preguntar a la gente que estamos en la cola, si venimos a Informaciòn ó informes ó Biométricos. Dan para ese día: 20 números para información + 20 para Informes + 10 Biometricos. Todos los números se agotan con los que estamos esperando en la fila. Nadie podrá presentar trámites, porque no hay números. Darán 5 números para trámites el día 25.04.2022 a las 18:00 (ver foto). No saben si lo harán diario o como funcionará… Seguramente habrá gente que irá 24 horas antes, a pasar la noche para asegurarse uno de los 5 turnos. 9:50- Obtengo el Número 7 para información y nos dejan pasar a los 8 primeros a turnos para sentarnos. 10:40 - Atienden al 1er número de información 10:50: 2 turno 10:58: 3 turno 11:00-4 turno 11:02-5 turno 12:20-6 turno 12:30 - Soy atendido, en 10 minutos he terminado.

They don't know if they will do it daily or how it will work... Surely there will be people who will go 24 hours before, to spend the night to ensure one of the 5 shifts. 9:50- I get Number 7 for information and they let the top 8 of us through in turns to sit down. 10:40 - They answer the 1st information number 10:50: 2 shift 10:58: 3 turn 11:00-4 shift 11:02-5 shift 12:20-6 shift 12:30 - I am attended, in 10 minutes I have finished.

Pésima experiencia, mala organización, oficina es pequeña, los empleados de mala cara, la información de la página web es incompleta en relación a lo que solicitan en esa oficina, no son resolutivos y prefieren que las personas vayan 2 hasta 3 veces por un tramite que pueden ayudar a dar celeridad y ahora con la modalidad de citas empeoró todo, nunca hay citas a tiempo. De verdad que alguien intervenga. Ahora ni cuál plaza de mercado hacer fila desde tempranos y dicen que solo dan 10 fichas, solo trabajan 2 hrs o que? Deben mejorar y ampliar esta sede, va de mal en peor.
Terrible experience, poor organization, the office is small, the employees are unfriendly, the information on the website is incomplete in relation to what they request in that office, they are not decisive and prefer that people go 2 to 3 times for a process that can help to speed things up and now with the appointment modality it has made everything worse, there are never appointments on time. Really someone intervene. Now not even which market place to line up early and they say they only give 10 tokens, they only work 2 hours or what? They must improve and expand this headquarters, it is going from bad to worse.

Government office for getting Visa services. Very kind officials provides service with real courtesy. Patiently clarify your doubts and help you in understanding the entire visa processes. No need to approach anybody for assistance if you are going to apply for your visa in Puebla INM Office because the officials will guide you clearly. Wonderful service, hats off to you INM Puebla.

Lack of organization! Horrible waiting time. People coming since 5 am to get in line. Online appointments are not available and the security guard is useless.
