★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very slow process and the government does not do anything to change. Takes for ever to give any detail information to participants, long lines, long hours waiting for services. The worse i can think about it.

1. Why Monterrey branch doesn't accept online appointments? People need to come at 5 AM to make a line because there are only 100 turns per day.
2. Why most of the immigration staff doesn't speak English? If this office deals with foreigners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far one of the worst place I have encountered in Mexico. All their employees are on their phone and rude to answer any questions. Be ready to waste a lot of your time in line and out in the sun. They are not even social distancing with the people or employees. I can honestly say that these people have no care for what they do or any customers service skills. They act like you owe them something when you don't. I've seen them take bribes just to skip the line. I believe they can do a lot better but they decide not to.
