Nunca contestan el teléfono, es muy lenta la atención. Al informarte de tu estado migratorio es muy tardado y si te van a entregar documento es más tardado aún. Esperaba más de un instituto de mi país, recibí un excelente servicio en el país originario de mi esposo y ahora que él necesita de esta institución en mi país hemos tenido un muy mal sabor de boca con el servicio, son muy exigentes para atenderte pero para ellos darte respuesta son muy lentos.
They never answer the phone, attention is very slow. When informing you of your immigration status it is very time consuming and if they are going to give you a document it is even longer. I expected more from an institute in my country, I received an excellent service in my husband's native country and now that he needs this institution in my country we have had a very bad taste in our mouth with the service, they are very demanding to assist you but to They give you an answer is very slow.

Lentísimo. No les importa el tiempo de las personas. Por una simple consulta lo hacen esperar a uno hasta 1 hora. En situaciones envían correos electrónicos solicitando a uno presentarse lo antes posible en ese horario tan poco flexible.
Lentísimo. They do not care about people's time. For a simple consultation they make it wait for one up to 1 hour. In situations, they send emails requesting one to present themselves as soon as possible during this very inflexible time.

Muy lento y pareciera que no les importa el tiempo de los demás. Además no es justo el orden que siguen y si tu trámite es de ingreso te demoran el doble o el triple que los demás. Y tienes que quedarte hasta que cierran y mucho tiempo mas. Deberían cambiar esa forma tan mala de atender y hacerla más eficiente.
Very slow and it seems that they do not care about the time of others. In addition it is not fair the order that they follow and if your procedure is of income you delay double or triple that the others. And you have to stay until they close and a lot more time. They should change that bad way of serving and make it more efficient.

Las personas están perdidas, no avisan los documentos que son necesarios, es requerido copia de todo. Estamos en la era digital, porque aún sigues con la burocracia atrasada?? Algunas sugestiones para mejorar: 1) Hacer todo electronico por internet, no necesitar copias de solicitudes. 2) Hacer el pago en la hora que es atendido, por terminal. Usar tageta de debito o credito. No tener que imprimir un formato para ir hasta al banco y bla bla bla... 3) Buscar cerrar todo en la hora que as personas están allá. 4) Poner un supervisor que sabe todo o que hacer y dar suporte para las atendentes. Ustedes tienen que mejorar. Yo tuve que ir y regresar 4 veces en la oficina por detalles estupidos que no hacen sentido.

Very slow... they just love to make you suffer... they took 5months to give me my residential permit.. unfriendly stuffs

I had got an invitation letter from work and the next day brought all the documents needed to the migration office, but the answer came only after three months, during those three months my husband went to the migration office at least three times to ask why they were so slow and unable to approve the application at least online. Extremely disappointed. Fortunately, my place was saved for me. The staff doesn't have respect for others' time. I wonder how they would feel not working for 3 months

Slow, slow, very slow. Waited 3 hours to get a turn. Some staffs are NOT friendly. Don’t want to come here again. Waste time. The staffs can NOT speak English. Had hard conversations with them. The work is for foreigners, they need to learn English first. Feel so disappointed

New office was more efficient and faster.. I think they reorganized some things. Or maybe I was lucky that day. The location feels safer because it is in a better shopping center plaza. And there are clean bathrooms nearby.
