La burocracia recalcitrante esta en esta institución, Tiempos de espera absurdamente EXCESIVOS. las instalaciones son agradables pero la atencion es por demas leeenta y absurdamente INEFICIENTE ZERO STARS. The recalcitrant bureaucracy is in this institution, absurdly EXCESSIVE waiting times. the facilities are nice but the attention is too slow and absurdly INEFFICIENT

E	Erin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The old taking a number option was far superior to the appointment schedule. If you have a scheduled appointment prepare to wait a minimum of 3 hours, we waited 4. The previous year with the number it took us an hour start to finish. Do not schedule your appointment for lunch time, for one whole hour the entire office stopped working for lunch even though they had scheduled appointments at that time, why not just close for a proper lunch instead of having clients wait in the hot/unventilated building? While the staff was courteous to us I also couldn't help but notice how unkind they were to the woman who helped prepare our documents. They have also become very strict with cellphone use, bring a book for the long wait. Bureaucratic processes in EVERY country our brutal, this isn't unique or specific to this amazing country. Just be prepared to wait and wait and wait some more.
