 I called like 6 different inm offices and nobody could help me or give me certain information. after two minutes of conversion with someone very nice on the phone in this office, I had a different solution to my problem. Thanks a lot!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No tienen teléfono funcional ni correo con el cual hablarles, se necesita ir personalmente a la oficina lo cual es horriblemente molesto porque uno siempre necesitará llevar mil y un papeles, y estar agarrando tantos camiones o manejando tanto termina hartando a uno.
They do not have a functional phone or mail to talk to, you need to go to the office in person which is horribly annoying because you will always need to carry a thousand papers, and to be holding so many trucks or driving so much ends up having one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son muy amables, pero para poder entrar debe uno esperar hasta 4 horas afuera en el rayo del sol. La cuestión de los turnos es llegar y preguntar quien es el último y estar al pendiente que se no meta nadie a la fila.
They are very friendly, but to enter you have to wait up to 4 hours outside in the sun. The question of the shifts is to arrive and ask who is the last one and be aware that no one gets in line.
