Preguntamos 3veces si abría servicio para hoy y dijeron que sí, pero ya regresamos y día perdido "no hay servicio" lo malo para nosotros es que salimos desde San salvador Hgo. En fin buenas vacaciones!!!
 This week it will not be open for Easter.
We asked 3 times if service was open for today and they said yes, but since we returned and lost day "there is no service" the bad thing for us is that we left from San Salvador Hgo. Anyway, good vacation !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NUNCA CONTESTAN EL TELÉFONO. MEJOR NO PONGAN LOS NÚMEROS DE CONTACTO SI EN DEFINITIVA ES POR GUSTO MARCAR. MUY MALA ATENCIÓN.
THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. BETTER DO NOT PUT THE CONTACT NUMBERS IF IN DEFINITIVE IT IS BY LIKE MARKING. VERY BAD ATTENTION.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der gute Ruf hat sich bis nach Mexico-City rumgesprochen. Es ist klein aber fein. Sehr kompetente Beratung und gewissenhafte Bearbeitung. Natürlich braucht das alle seine Zeit aber bereits nach nur zwei Stunden war alles bearbeitet. Klare Empfehlung.
The good reputation has got around as far as Mexico City. It's small but nice. Very competent advice and conscientious processing. Of course it all takes time, but after only two hours everything was processed. Clear recommendation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, NUNCA contestan el teléfono, para una información hay que a las oficinas de Pachuca, posteriormente sacar cita vía Internet y regresar a hacer tu tramite, si todo está bien excelente, si no a empezar de nuevo.!!!!
Terrible service, they NEVER answer the phone, for information you have to go to the Pachuca offices, then make an appointment via the Internet and go back to do your paperwork, if everything is fine, excellent, if not start again.!!!!
