That address is disabled, the one in service is on av. Andrés Terán, they just make him go back to the Hospital Street address for nothing...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Counters are super quick nowadays. You will spend less time for your work. There are shops near to the office for any kind of immigration photographes you need. Finding a parking will be a challenge. You can find one three blocks across the Main Street of office. But prefer Uber instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helpful front counter workers but slow processing. They can promise an email in a week but have you waiting for 5. The building is clean and plenty of seating is available. A downside is their lack of foreign language interpreters/translators. If you only speak something other than Spanish, they tell you to come back with a translator.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first time here alone to renew my work visa and I had awesome experience. Everyone was so helpful and cooperative. The process was so fast that I got my card within an hour. From front desk person to the one who collected my document and proceed with the process everyone was so helpful.
