M	Michell Linares on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estuve en muchas instituciones migratorias y fue en el único lugar qe me daban atención médica y se preocupaban x mi medicamento gracias ala 2 personas encargadas de esa institución. Fueron lo máximo con migo mil gracias I was in many immigration institutions and it was the only place that gave me medical attention and cared for my medicine thanks to the 2 people in charge of that institution. They were the most with me a thousand thanks
B	Beatriz Haifa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quiero decir que algunos hombres y mujeres que trabajan en este lugar son unos corruptos delincuentes como muchos que estan en el gobierno.cuando quisimos salir de mexico para que le dieran permiso nuevamente a mi novio,el es de eua.ellos nos pidieron 8.000 pesos y nos amenazaron que lo deportarian y lo meterian a la carcel yo claro que me senti muy indignada y molesta ppr lo que paso y ellos dijeron que ellos solo querian ayuarnos y yo les dije que si era ayuda el ser corruptos.y si les dije muchas,cosas me sali por que empece a llorar al sentir la impotencia y ver su corrupcion.son unos delincuentes de verdad no les alcanza lo que les pagan que todavia quieren mas dinero? Ademas solo uno de todos los que trabajan en este lugar pprta credencial.nadie mas ppr que se dedican a robar y no quieren que veamos sus nombres pero uno de ellos el el sr juan c ortega.ellos nos dijeron que necesitamos un recivo de pago para salir de mexico.y a nadie mas se lo pidiero excepto a m nobio esta vez que salimos.se que nos tienen uvicados.pero tambie nosostros queremos proceder para evitar la corrupcion.aunque lo veo dif I want to say that some men and women who work in this place are corrupt criminals like many who are in the government. Una vez alli me atendieron de forma arrogante sin comprobar ni siquiera mi situación como ciudadano. I have expressly had to go to the place starting from Bacalar because they do not have their own telephone to call. Once there they treated me arrogantly without even checking my status as a citizen.

The staff here were hands down the friendliest, most helpful, and gracious government employees I have ever had the opportunity to work with. After 5 trips to Cancun, 4 trips to Texas, 2 trips Merida, I finally found the right people to get my Permanente Residencia done! Gracias para todo!
