There is a supervisor here who takes the people she knows and puts them ahead of everyone. She was originally from the Tlalnepantla office. She was rude and did not have her office up and running like it should have been. However, the 3 stars would have been 5 if Lic. Ana Miranda would have been taking care of us from the start. Ana was absolutely wonderful explaining to us how she would proceed. However, for the Director of this office...you really need to get the office in order. The customer service should be much better, even with Corona virus your staff really need to learn how to treat people and do their jobs. Half have no clue what they are doing, 1/4 are beyond rude and simply refuse to act sensible and 1/4 are fabulous. There should never be rude people in positions of power when it comes to departments like this.

Staff in the entrance treated me in a really rude and unfair way. They seem to give service according to how they feel that day. One day they might be slightly considerate and then next day, be completely rude and unsympathetic. Really bad experience. Try to attend another office if you don’t want to have a bad day there.

Gracias, INM, for providing the most degrading, ridiculous, useless, and time-wasting bureaucratic experience of any country or government institution on this planet. From refusing to provide accurate information about the documents required over the course of 3 confirmatory phone calls, to urging applicants to "arrive early" and then taking 5 hours to grace them with a 5-minute discussion, and then asking for a document that is NOT listed on the government website, and that requires 30 minutes of driving time to procure, and THEN refusing to re-admit your applicant after they rush to procure this document before closing time--Dios mio, this experience would cause any foreign applicant to question whether Mexico is a country worth relocating to and investing in.
