We try to get care for fertility problems. For having ISSSTE they charge us in full. We decided to continue there because in theory it is the best place in the country for the process. The process has been very exhausting and due to internal problems there have been many errors and after a year we have not achieved anything, just going round and round with studies. You already know what the problem is, but in the absence of andrologx, the option is just to keep walking with more unnecessary studies and with appointments spaced every 2 months. We decided not to continue the process there. It is a pity that budget cuts have made this service in such a bad condition.

The doctors do their job to the best of their ability, but the Social Work staff, as well as one or another person there (including some doctors), spend their time questioning whether this hospital is for people with I don't know what illnesses and at all times they they are questioning that and you tell them that you are fine or that they managed to support you so that they can help you with medical services and they start treating you like a super despot, they send you hints that you shouldn't be there, they put you aside, as soon as my wife was to the emergency room and in the same way they get the talk about why she is there or who helped her get in so they can provide the service and the same thing, they treat you like a scrub, they make you less, they didn't even treat her well except ultrasound but to me wife there they left her to her fate with her symptoms and they still have the CHALLENGE TO TELL HER: LOOK FOR ANOTHER GENERAL MEDICINE HOSPITAL THAT WE ARE NOT THAT HERE, they didn't want to blister them either to even know if she had COVID OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT MY WIFE AND THEY TOLD HER THE SAME, DESPOTE PEOPLE WHO MAKE YOU LESS, I hope they change their staff, far from encouraging the patient they make him feel like he did something wrong when he went to that hospital...

Excellent service. Doctors and nurses are great! I appreciate the attention you are giving my daughter and grandson. The hospital has all the instruments, very clean. It also has specialists who, apart from being gynecologists, have another specialty.

Excellent hospital, excellent patient care, great specialists in high-risk pregnancies and infertility, gynecological problems, etc. Because it is a specialty hospital, not everyone qualifies to be treated there. My experience is the best, I have had 2 pregnancies treated there and although they have been risky, the attention makes the whole process more enjoyable.

It is a good place, although they lack a waiting room for people who are waiting for a family member who comes for consultation.
