★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si pudiera darle 0 estrellas a este lugar se lo daría. Cómo es posible que en pleno siglo XXI los funcionarios publicos sigan siendo unos buenos para nada, burrocratas soberbios!! Mi mamá lleva casi un mes esperando un simple historial de su credencial de elector y le dijeron que en 10 días estaría listo y ya van 17 días en los cuales no han podido obtener una simple firma para poder entregar el documento. Porque? Porque los funcionarios publicos siguen siendo ineficientes y llenos de burocracia cuando sus sueldos salen de los impuestos que nosotros los Mexicanos pagamos, osea por agradecimiento a tener un puesto de trabajo en el gobierno, lo menos que nos deben es un servicio de calidad. Por esto mismo es que seguimos siendo un país tercermundista, por personajes como ellos. Además la Licenciada Andrea tuvo la arrogancia suficiente para llamar a un policia para que escoltaran a mi mamá fuera de la oficina, simplemente por exigir que le den su documento y dejen de estar jugando con el tiempo de las personas. Esto es intolerable así que llevaré esta queja hasta donde pueda para denunciar este atropello a nuestros derechos constitucionales de libertad de expresión. Horrible la experiencia en este lugar!
If I could give 0 stars to this place I would give it to them. How is it possible that in the XXI century public officials continue to be good for nothing, arrogant burrocrats! My mother has been waiting almost a month for a simple record of her voter card and she was told that in 10 days she would be ready and there are already 17 days in which they have not been able to obtain a simple signature to deliver the document. Why? Because public officials are still inefficient and full of bureaucracy when their salaries come out of the taxes that we Mexicans pay, that is, thanks for having a job in the government, the least they owe us is a quality service. That is why we are still a Third World country, because of characters like them. In addition, Ms. Andrea had the arrogance to call a policeman to escort my mother out of the office, simply by demanding that they give her her document and stop playing with people's time. This is intolerable, so I will take this complaint as far as I can to denounce this abuse of our constitutional rights of freedom of expression. Horrible experience in this place!

La credencial INE que me dieron abril el el número del CURP está incorrecto y me acerco al INE Insurgentes grupo Armand para corregir el dato de Renapo con mi acta de nacimiento correctamente junto con el CURP correcto. me hicieron perder tiempo porque únicamente fuí para actualizar debidamente el CURP
me muestra la pantalla y me pude checar los datos i me muestra el CURP INCORRECTO por enésima vez ese CURP es incorrecto las preguntas que me hicieron nunca antes lo había echo
