★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los empleados son muy eficientes y siguen muy bien los protocolos de higiene, tarde como 5 min en solicitar mi renovacion de credencial.
 The employees are very efficient and follow hygiene protocols very well, it took about 5 minutes to request my credential renewal.

Son las oficinas se supone que distritales pero más bién es la única oficina de la zona que siempre permanece abierta toda la semana, bueno de Lunes a Viernes.. y el tiempo de entrega es promedio de 10 dias habiles aproximadamente... se recomienda que saquen cita que sin ella no los atenderán.
INE PREVIOUSLY IFE ... They are supposed to be district offices but more like it is the only office in the area that always remains open all week, well from Monday to Friday ... and the delivery time is approximately 10 business days. ... it is recommended that you make an appointment that without it you will not be attended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deberian quitar las citas que estan cerca de su cambio de turno, estoy desde las 13:35 y no he pasado después de 50 minutos porque no hay personal en sus lugares.
They should remove the appointments that are close to their shift change, I am since 1:35 pm and I have not passed after 50 minutes because there are no staff in their places.

I took the documents for renewal and even so they did not do it because they wanted them digitally, what a waste of time and bad attention I received.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al personal le falta organización, ven que la gente se amontona y no hace respetar la sana distancia. En la mañana hay mucha gente, preferentemente ir después de las 6 pm. El personal es muy amable y te brindan la información que necesitas, para realizar tus trámites.
The staff lacks organization, they see that people crowd together and do not enforce the healthy distance. In the morning there are a lot of people, preferably go after 6 pm. The staff is very friendly and they give you the information you need to carry out your procedures.
