Buscan cualquier pretexto para negarte la cita, incluso si tu acta de nacimiento le falta medio milímetro de tinta. Y lo peor es su personal que supuestamente sí está "preparado", son groseros, déspotas y te ponen cualquier pretexto. Pero bueno, que se podía esperar de una paraestatal, parece que les pagan más si tratan mal a la gente. Parece que te están haciendo un favor. They put unprepared personnel to receive appointments, which makes the information they provide erroneous. They look for any excuse to deny you the appointment, even if your birth certificate is missing half a millimeter of ink. And the worst thing is its staff that supposedly is "prepared", they are rude, despotic and give you any pretext. But hey, what could be expected from a parastatal, it seems that they get paid more if they treat people badly. Looks like they're doing you a favor.

Terrible service, I processed my INE and my husband's in April, we have gone twice and they still don't have it, they never answer the phone.

Los trabajadores solo usan los filtros sanitarios como las citas y filas para no trabajar o trabajar lo menos posible. Si vienes te recomiendo llegar antes de la hora pues noto que a todos nos citan a la misma hora y son super lentos. Los odio alv ヽ(ｏ`皿′ｏ)ﾉ Terrible service. I do not understand why they ask for an appointment if at the mere hour it takes more than 1 hour. Workers only use health filters such as appointments and lines to not work or work as little as possible. If you come I recommend you arrive before the time because I notice that we all get an appointment at the same time and they are super slow. I hate them alv ヽ(ｏ`皿′ｏ)ﾉ

l	liliana ahumada on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que mal servicio, piden citas 2 meses antes, tienes la cita y la hora y cuando llegas a la sucursal, el personal poco atento y pésima organización en entre el personal. 1 hora y media para poder hacer el trámite de la INE aún con cita. Que pena ?? What a bad service, they ask for appointments 2 months before, you have the appointment and the time and when you arrive at the branch, the inattentive staff and terrible organization among the staff. 1 hour and a half to be able to do the INE procedure even with an appointment.
