★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sacas cita por internet, solo acude con los papeles tal cual los solicita la página del INE, y si tus datos están correctos sin ningún problema realizas tu trámite. Ve con tiempo ya que aún que es con cita al revisar tus papeles se llevan minutos. En general todo bien

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima comunicación. Se me hace increíble que en plena pandemia tengan este tipo de problemas. Agendar cita a X hora únicamente te sirve para que te atiendan ya que no te respetan tu hora, tienes que llegar a formarte y es así como te van pasando para tu trámite (en mi caso fue reimpresión). El tiempo aproximado del trámite es de 15 min. + 30 min. que me hicieron esperar por no tener ninguna indicación sobre que fila tomar.
Bad communication. I find it incredible that in the middle of a pandemic they have this type of problem. Scheduling an appointment at X hour only helps you to be attended since they do not respect your time, you have to get to train and that is how they pass you for your procedure (in my case it was reprint). The approximate time of the procedure is 15 min. + 30 min. that kept me waiting because I had no indication of which line to take.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como siempre es muy tardado hay que esperar horas para renovar tu une y muchas de las veces no aceptan los comprobantes que piden en la página y hay que volver a por ellos.
