★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estan bien organizados, están manejandolo bien respecto a la Pandemia. La gente es sin duda muy desordenada, no acatan las reglas y el personal tiene que ponerse hostil. En general me parecio muy buen servicio.
 They are well organized, they are handling it well regarding the Pandemic. People are undoubtedly very messy, they don't play by the rules and the staff has to be hostile. In general I found it to be a very good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal de cómo manejan las cosas, hablas para pedir información y acudir con todos los documentos y en horarios que te digan,dicen que sin cita te atienden y no es cierto, estás antes de las 8 am y ya no te atienden aunque sea la cita para después porque tienes que llegar a las 7 am,pues eso me hubieran dicho

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Básico, la mayoría de las personas que trabajan ahí no te toman el interés necesario, tal vez por la cantidad de personas que ven al día... Parece que no disfrutarán su trabajo. Además las citas para cualquier trámite son muy lejanas, eso sin contar todo el tiempo que te hacen esperar para aplazarte.
Basic, most of the people who work there do not take the necessary interest, maybe because of the number of people they see a day ... It seems that they will not enjoy their work. In addition, the appointments for any procedure are very far, that is not counting all the time that they make you wait to postpone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El tramite estuvo bien, pero las 2 empleadas que me atendieron visiblemente estaban de mal humor y fueron prepotentes y maleducadas. Dentro de su capacitacion deberian incluirles Educacion y Amabilidad.
The process was fine, but the 2 employees who attended me were visibly in a bad mood and were pushy and rude. Within their training they should include Education and Kindness.

considerando que semanas atrás fui por la mañana con cita y fue un desastre MUCHA GENTE, ERAN FILAS DE MAS DE 50 PERSONAS Y MUY LENTO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Febero 2022 Solo hay un trabajador atendiendo en la puerta por lo que tienes que estar esperando a que se desocupe para que te atienda. Si tienes cita tu eres el que tiene que ir preguntando a cada uno de los que estan en la fila, su hora de cita con el fin que vayan todos en la fila acomodados por hora. Asi que tu te metes en la fila segun tu hora.... Sin embargo gente de la tercera edad lleva tiempo ahi formado en esa fila pero no tiene cita y ya perdio tiempo ahi, porque ahi no tiene que formarse sino en otro lado. La gente de la fila tapa la informacion pegada en los vidrios como lo de dias/horas de atencion y otras cosas parecidas..... Deberia haber otras 2 personas atendiendo en la puerta para agilizar todo.

However, elderly people have been waiting there for some time in that line but they don't have an appointment and they already lost time there, because they don't have to line up there but somewhere else. The people in line cover the information pasted on the windows such as the days/hours of attention and other similar things... There should be another 2 people attending the door to expedite everything.
