★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recién fui y me hubo un chavo que supuestamente organizaba la fila y así, pero ignoraba a todas las personas que tenía dudas o problemas con sus trámites, además atendía muy mal ._.

Excelente Servicio y atención por parte del INE.
Aún en Pandemia, muy disciplinados con las medidas Sanitarias.
Pésimo por los usuarios, no hacen sana distancia como se les indica, la gente llega sin cita, sin documentos, sin cubrebocas y mal colocados.
Definitivamente no leen sobre las indicaciones y requisitos.

Excellent service and attention from the INE.
Even in a Pandemic, very disciplined with Sanitary measures.
Terrible for users, they do not make a healthy distance as indicated, people arrive without an appointment, without documents, without face masks and badly placed.
They definitely don't read up on the directions and requirements.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pongo una estrella porque solo así puedo calificar, es un pésimo servicio saqué mi cita hace tres meses y llevo 2 horas formada y hay una funcionaria tan burocrática y molesta que me ha rechazado 3 veces. Aún cuando no hay gente que porque mi cita no es a esa hora, prefiere pasar a las personas sin cita.
I put a star because only then can I qualify, it is a terrible service. I took my appointment three months ago and I have been trained for 2 hours and there is an official so bureaucratic and annoying that she has rejected me 3 times. Even when there are no people who because my appointment is not at that time, prefer to pass people without appointments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Han llegado familiares aquí y que no tienen cita y los atienden, a mi ni me atendieron.
Corrieron a 4 personas que no tenían documentos originales y los regresaron a sus casas. A pesar de eso teniendo oficinas vacías y aún así no quieren atender.
Relatives have come here and they don't have an appointment and they take care of them, they didn't even take care of me.
They expelled 4 people who did not have original documents and returned them to their homes. Despite that, having empty offices and still not wanting to attend.

Y No se diga la señorita de la entrada.
Adentro todo muy bien buena atención
I went to process my INE and they do not respect the appointments as you arrive, they pass you on so they do not have a scheduled appointment
And don't mention the lady at the entrance.
