★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El instituto oceanográfico de la secretaría de la marina. Está ubicado en calle Serdán esquina con 16 de septiembre enfrente de la Gran plaza del malecón de Veracruz. Además de ser un edificio sumamente bello por su estructura alberga unos antiquísimos relojes recién rehabilitados un conjunto con autoridades del ayuntamiento de Veracruz. Dentro de este edificio se realizan actividades cívico militares fechas importantes del país.
The Oceanographic Institute of the Secretariat of the Navy. It is located on Calle Serdán corner with 16 de Septiembre in front of the Great Plaza of the Malecón de Veracruz. In addition to being an extremely beautiful building due to its structure, it houses some very old clocks, recently restored, a set with authorities from the Veracruz city council. Within this building, civic-military activities take place on important dates in the country.
