La mejor atención que se puede recibir. 1desde que llegas a la torre JV, en la recepción del edificio, en la recepción del Instituto. Hasta que por fin, en puebla hay un lugar donde ir se siente uno bien y que mejor si es por salud.

Un servicio muy deficiente, malo, 2hrs esperando para una cirugia de 18000 pesos y segun demoraria 15min! No es posible que citen a tanta gente y no se den abasto! Uno espera que por la suma financiera sea puntual el trabajo! En ese caso deberian de habernos citado a las 16 hrs! Estamos desde las 13hrs con 45 minutos y aun no pasamos!!!! Pero vaya

¡Los medicos dan consulta sin cubre bocas! Imperdonable con todas las personas de la tercera edad a las que atienden. Como pacientes les pedimos directamente que lo usen cada vez que tuvimos que ir, pero no hacen caso, se les ha pedido por escrito, no quisieron ni firmar de recibido, se habló con el médico, supuesto jefe, que tampoco usa, y dijo que él era el jefe y que podía hacer lo que quisiera. Luego de eso ya ni para quejarse del resto de servicio y atención.

I'm from the United States and I was highly, highly recommended this place. What would have cost me an arm and a leg in the US, cost me $30,000 pesos in Puebla. That is extremely affordable in the realm of Lasik. I landed in Mexico on a Wednesday and by Thursday I was attending my appointment for a consultation. The wait time seemed appropriate. If your Spanish is a bit rusty when reading, it's going to take you a while to fill out forms, I had to keep asking the front staff to translate some words. After, I waited a bit before being tested to see if I was a candidate. Standard procedure, same as in the US. I waited a bit more and then was taken to a room where I got to speak with the head surgeon himself. He said I qualified for Lasik and gave me the reassurance that he and his medical staff would take great care of me during the procedure. I honestly thought that I was going to be scheduled for the following week for surgery but I was let known that I could be prepped immediately for Lasik or that the surgeon would make an exception and operate on me the following day, Friday- keep in mind he only does consultations on Friday's, so him making an exception for me was remarkable. Instead I chose to do it that same morning of my consultation. As soon as I paid for Lasik, I was whisked away to the back and prepped for Lasik. Whether in the front or back, the staff was amazing. They treat you with so much attention and care. Once in the operating room, the head surgeon explained to me which machines were going to be used and what they did. After Lasik, that same day you are going to feel groggy and tired, possibly have a headache. It all goes away in the span of 2 days. You get prescribed eye drops and pain tablets. Overall, I was left extremely satisfied and grateful that I had Lasik done here. If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would in a heartbeat. They use state of the art technology, it's truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. I wish I had asked medical staff and front desk staff for a photograph with them but unfortunately I didn't and I'm headed back to the United States in a few days. You won't regret getting Lasik here. I was blind as a bat. To see things in detail, I had to bring stuff like 5 inches from my face to see, 4 days after the procedure and I was recorded to have 20/25 vision. Novavision is THE place in Puebla to get Lasik. It was highly recommended to me - someone who doesn't even live in the same state much less the country - so imagine how good this place must be if people were recommending this place to me. Novavision doctors and front desk staff, I can't thank y'all enough, y'all were and are phenomenal.
