★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No cumple con su función, falta empatía y profesionalismo para atender a las quejosas, solo cumplen con llenar fichas técnicas porque se apegan a entregar estadísticas y no resultados, no es su culpa solo obedecen, y trabajan de acuerdo a lo que les permiten hacer.
It does not fulfill its function, it lacks empathy and professionalism to attend to the complainants, they only comply with filling out technical files because they stick to delivering statistics and not results, it is not their fault they only obey, and work according to what they are allowed to do.
