★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No contestan el teléfono, en internet no hay citas y ni se diga cuando se cae el sistema que "casi nunca pasa", y ni hablar de los correos ya que no pueden al menos avisar que han sido notificados, son déspotas al atender es comprensible ya que llevan horas lidiando con gente, pero no les da derecho de tratarles de mala gana... No aceptan sus errores, ya que es parte de su trabajo generar esos errores para de modo obtener dinero a base de corregirlos... además para cualquier trámite piden actas de cualquier tipo recientes "solo es pagar por pagar" por qué lo único que tienen de diferente es una simple fecha de "caducidad" y es ahí donde uno se da cuenta que capturaron mal sus datos, datos que se supone JAMAS habían tenido ningún inconveniente
