Fue fundada en 1991 por la Lic. Natalia Mariana Muñoz Vidal y el Lic. Fernando Adrián Cervantes Muñoz, junto con un grupo de maestras jubiladas, con gran experiencia en el ramo, interesadas en formar alumnos altamente capacitados y comprometidos con el desarrollo de nuestro país.
Ofreciendo las carreras de Asistente Educativo, posteriormente incorporando Prótesis Dental, Cursos de Superación profesional y preparación de exámenes de Ceneval para bachillerato y licenciatura en Educación Prescolar.
En junio de 2017 se celebraron los 26 años de fundación del Instituto e inaugurando sus nuevas instalaciones, ubicadas en callejón del estanco # 17 Atizapán Centro, contando con la bendición de tener profesores altamente calificados y comprometidos, que han hecho que el Instituto mantenga el gran prestigio que lo ha caracterizado con más de 1500 egresados del Instituto.
En la actualidad seguimos ofreciendo las carreras de Asistente Educativo, Prótesis Dental, Bachillerato en 3, 6 y 12 meses y Licenciaturas en Ciencias de la Educación, Psicología y Administración Estratégica de Negocios, además cursos de regularización, ingles y clubes extra escolares.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ carisimo y demasiadas exigencias además de que condicionan tu desempeño académico por darte bolsa de trabajo los manuales que son puras copias están demasiado caros el uniforme ni se diga y sino pagas a tiempo lo q te piden olvidate no practicas ni haces exámenes la enseñanza es algo buena pero la maestra gloria ya debería de jubilarse ya no esta para esos trotes ya esta muy mayor sinceramente no la recomiendo es mas gasto que nada.
